Restaurant-Bar of contemporary mexican food that represents through its cuisine and tequila the mexican traditions.

This restaurant also has a museum which  shows places in México who represents  all of the  tequila producers  áreas andthe places where you learn  about this representative  mexican liquor.

Light, creamy soup made with zucchini, fresh corn kernels, stewed tomatoes, pumpkin flowers and poblano peppers with a touch of our cream

Pear salad

Glazed pears with a touch of balsamic vinegar, spinach, baby lettuce and goats cheese

Main Dish:

Chicken breast '' al chipotle''

Chicken breast in the house sauce, chipotle chili pepper, goats cheese, avocado, coriander and onion.

Served with rice

Or

Fish fillet au cilantro

Fish fillet cooked in a cilantro and sour cream sauce served with fried tortilla strips and sauted vegetables

Tequila shrimp

Shrimp cooked with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, new potatoes and peas. Flambeed with tequila served with rice and beans sauce

Beef tenderloin in poblano pepper sauce

Tenderloin medallion covered on a creamy sauce made with poblano pepper, spreaded with corn and garnished with pepper strips mixed with onions

We prepared it by frying very thin noodles and then cooking them in tomato sauce until become ''al dente'' we bring you avocado, cream, cheese and smooked jalapeños on the side

Assorted veggies that include poblano peppers, zucchini, green onions, tomatoes and corn. All chaned and served with a basil vinaigrette

Sizzling taco platter

We serve a sizzling cast iron pan with veggie juliennes garnished with refried beans, guacamole, nopales, onion, tomato and serrano chile with fresh handmade tortillas to make your own tacos
