The user is responsible at all times for the veracity of the data provided, and CANCUN ALL TOURS shall not be liable in this regard. Likewise, CANCUN ALL TOURS reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in the event of false data. Personal data may be processed and used by CANCUN ALL TOURS to carry out some or all activities related to fulfilling obligations arising from the business relationship and/or the provision of services; to inform users of the launch or changes to new products, services, promotions, and/or offers from us; to conduct consumer and market research; and for any other activity aimed at promoting, maintaining, improving, and evaluating our services, provided the client chooses to be informed.

You have the right to (I) access your personal data that we hold and the details of how it is processed; (II) rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; (III) delete it when you consider that it is no longer required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, it is being used for purposes not consented to, or the contractual or service relationship has ended; (IV) object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes; or (V) revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, so that we stop using it. (II) Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation;

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, CANCUN ALL TOURS has a period of twenty business days, counted from the date the request was received, to respond to your request. The obligation to access information will be deemed fulfilled when the personal data is made available through simple copies or electronic documents.
