If you are buying hotels, or escorted tours, yes you have to pay the total cost of your purchase.
If you are buying tours, transfers or renting private yachts or catamarans, your sales executive can assign a deposit, and the balance can be pay at least 3 days before the date of the service.
In some cases and if you request it, you can pay the balance at boarding or check in time, ask your sales executive if you need to prefer to do these.

Our Tour Cancellation Policies are as follow:
  • Over 48 hours before your service time, a full refund will apply.
  • From 47 to 36 hours before your service time 80% refund will apply
  • 35 hours to the same day and no-mostrars no refund will be given.
